The grind is mostly good and easy to use, not super powdery or anything. One tin had a few uneven bits though, so I’m kind of blaming whoever packed or processed that batch. Still worked fine overall, just not perfect. I’d give it 4 stars

It showed up faster than I was expecting, and everything was packed okay with no real problems. I’m taking off one star because the tracking didn’t update much for a while, which made that kind of annoying, but overall it was fine.

I don’t know, it just didn’t feel super fresh to me. Like, it was okay at first glance, but then actually trying it… yeah, not quite. Maybe I caught it on an off day or something. Was expecting a bit better, honestly.

My order showed up, but one of the items wasn’t what I ordered. Customer support was alright and helped me out, but it was still kind of annoying having to deal with the mix-up. Not the worst experience, but not exactly smooth either...

The moisture level was just not very consistent. Some tins were dry, and then others were almost too wet. It wasn’t terrible, but it was definitely all over the place from tin to tin.

My order showed up fine, and the shipping time was pretty much what I expected, so no real complaints there.

The only thing that bugged me was that a couple of the tins didn’t seem sealed super tightly. One lid felt a little loose, and while nothing spilled or anything, it did make me wonder a bit about how fresh everything stayed.
I’d probably order again, but I do hope they’re a little more careful with checking the tin seals before shipping. For now, it’s kind of a middle-of-the-road rating from me

My first impression after trying the flavors I ordered from Mr.Snuff was that they just didn’t line up with what I thought I was getting. Based on the descriptions, I expected them to be a lot more distinct, but most of them felt kind of off right away.

One that was supposed to be fruity came across more like basic menthol to me, and another one barely had any flavor after the first minute. It could just be my personal taste, but the descriptions didn’t really match the experience for me.

Shipping was fine and the website was easy enough to use, so I wouldn’t say the whole order was a bad experience. I was just disappointed because that first taste set the tone, and the flavors never really recovered from there.

mrsnuff has way more options than most other places I looked at. I found a few brands and flavors I couldn’t get locally, or, actually, couldn’t find anywhere nearby at all. The site was easy enough to browse, and it’s just nice having so many choices in one spot. I’ll definitely order again.

Had to go through the age verification before I could order, and it took a little longer than expected. Worked in the end, but felt clunky on my phone. Not the worst thing, just wish it was smoother.

I did end up finding what I was looking for, but the menus felt a bit confusing to me. Maybe I’m just not used to how it’s laid out, but I definitely spent more time clicking around than I expected.

I ordered from Mr.Snuff and was expecting customs to be the annoying part, and yep, they kind of lived up to that. The package sat there for a few days for no obvious reason, but the paperwork must’ve been sorted because it cleared without me having to chase anything. I did have to pay a small import fee, which I guess is just how it goes. Everything arrived safe in the end, so no real complaints besides customs taking their sweet time. I’d order again, just not if I needed it in a hurry.

I order from mrsnuff.com every so often, and to be fair, the loyalty rewards do add up over time. That said, I felt a bit misled at first because the points system wasn’t very clear and I didn’t really know where to find or use them. Once I figured it out, it did save me a few quid, which was nice. I’d probably give 5 stars if the rewards were shown more clearly instead of feeling a bit tucked away

I had a feeling this would be worth the money, and it pretty much confirmed what I expected. The prices are good for what you get, and I feel like I made the right call.

My order did show up, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was thin and already a bit crushed when it arrived, and one of the tins had a dent in it. Nothing was completely ruined, so I’m giving it 2 stars, but for the price, you’d think they’d put a little more care into packing it properly.
